POWERS: Light manipulation, can cause any electric sources of light in the area around him to dim or go out completely. It's much harder for him to get rid of light caused from burning (candles, fire places, etc), though he can manage it. Sunlight is completely out of the question.

HISTORY

Meeting through their teaching positions at the Free University of Berlin, Guy and Karla became very close very quickly. After getting married, they became worried over having children. After having a few problems with it, Karla finally became pregnant with a baby boy.

There were a few problems with the birth- including complications which made it impossible for Karla to ever have children again. So their son, Tybalt, became the apple of his parent's eyes.

Since an early age, Ty had an interesting relationship with lights. For almost no reason at all lamps around him would suddenly turn off- and be unable to turn on again until he left the area. Sometimes they would also suddenly burn very brightly- or would turn on. His parents shrugged it off as an odd and reoccurring coincidence, which Tybalt was also happy to believe. Until he became aware that he could control when the lights went off and on, of course.

Raised in a rather stable family in West Berlin, he quickly began to show that intelligence wise he took after his parents. His schoolwork was far above most his age, and often was bumped up to much more advanced classes. Personally he could care less, and didn't really care much about getting good grades. But being the top of his class made his parents extremely happy, so despite the lack of his own wishes, Tybalt continued on.

This all came to a standstill about a year before his graduation from Gymnasium. He simply stopped trying, having somewhat of a breakdown from all the stress built up over years of over-working himself. His parents were horrified, but still supported him through the ordeal. He managed to scrape by passing grades for that year, and still managed to get accepted into Humboldt University.

Now much more relaxed about his education, Ty finds himself watching as events around him begin to take shape into something unknown, and possibly dangerous.

PERSONALITY

Tybalt is a very laid-back sort of guy, a bit different from the person he was a few years ago. Remnants of the high-strung kid still remain- as he has a rather unsightly addiction to cigarettes (which he first claimed helped with stress). Despite this he is very friendly and easy to get along with, very accepting of different people and quite forgiving. A lot of the time he has problems with taking things seriously- though knows when to cut it out and shut up. He's also known to be a bit of a flirt and a joker, which can get him into trouble at times. Being very non-confrontational, he'll do almost anything to avoid a fight. He can sometimes come off as a door mat because of this, though will put his foot down if things are getting really out of hand.

The boy has been drawn to technology since a young age, and has become quite adept with it. Ty knows his way around a computer pretty well, and has been rumored to be no stranger to hacking. He also enjoys video games, and has quite a collection of games and consoles.

APPEARANCE

Ty is a bit taller than most, standing at around 5'10". Though he's into a few sports, he still comes off as rather skinny and lanky. His hair is a red-brown auburn color, which he's let grow down to his chin in some spots. Pale skin is expected, and his brown eyes are also rather common.

Most of the time he can be seen in simple clothing- jeans, long-sleeved shirts, and usually a warm jacket. He doesn't spend much time on his appearance, and doesn't really need to. Though leaning more to the attractive side, the fact that he smokes like a chimney leaves a rather undesirable smell about him.

OTHER

Ty is a fictional character for Resolution Remix and is a creation of that one crazy cat lady. He is PB Matt from Death Note, which she does not own. Don't sue plzkthnxbai.
